On Jan. 28th, 2015, the working office of Ministry of Education redistributed Notice by the MOHRSS on the elected list (recommended by Ministry of Education) of 2014 Annual National Million Talents Project (Jiao Ren Ting Han [2015] Issue 1). Prof. Xiaoqing Feng was successfully elected into 2014 Annual National Million Talents Project, and awarded national “Distinguished Young and Middle-aged Experts” Honor.

According to the CUPL News Website, the election criteria of National Million Talents Project is significantly high and the successful election demands difficult and strict procedure. All elected members must have prominent academic contributions and excellent capability of organization and negotiation. Their academic achievements must be advantageous to domestic colleagues, makes substantial contribution to economic construction and social development, and have made significant achievements as young talents. Currently, President Jing Huang, Vice-president Huaide Ma, and Prof. Xiaoqing Feng are the only three members elected into the Project in China University of Political Science and Law.
