The Research Center for Scientific and Technological Law, CUPL was founded on Nov. 8th, 2010. The Center, based on Institute of Intellectual Property of CCELS, CUPL, makes advantages of talents and the research in the fields of jurisprudence and scientific and technology law, and gradually broadens the deepens the research on scientific and technology law. The main purpose of Center is: fully makes advantages of the open structure, flexible system, and fluency of personnel characteristics that depends on academic platforms of CUPL, and actively conduct research on scientific and technology law. Through the establishment of various kinds of internship basement and conduct research projects, the Center accumulates the teaching experiences in practice in order to provide legal counseling, training, and other kinds of services on the subject of scientific and technology law, eventually resulting in the self-development.
The primary responsibility of Center includes: 1. Make use of academic platform of CUPL, actively conduct research on scientific and technology law, fortify the establishment and research of scientific and technology law; 2. Through the establishment of various kinds of internship basement and conduct research projects, accumulates the teaching experiences in practice in order to provide legal counseling, training, and other kinds of services on the subject of scientific and technology law, encourage the cooperation of research, learning, and industrial implementation; 3. Publishes excellent scientific achievements; 4. Trains talents in the field of scientific and technology law.
