The seminar on “Peking University E-Commerce & Internet Regulation” was held in seminar hall of KaiDe Building in School of Law, Peking University on Apr. 26th, 2015. President of School of Law, Peking University and Prof. ShouWen Zhang, Vice-director of Finance and Economic Affairs Committee of NPC YuZhi Shi, General Counselor and CHO of JD Corporation Yu Long respectively made speech in the opening ceremony. Delegates, judges, experts and scholars from governmental agencies, universities, and judicial systems attended the seminar. All participants analyzed and discussed the practical problems to E-Commerce practice in online environment, and proposed solutions from customized perspectives.

The seminar consisted of four sessions: legislation of E-Commerce; E-Commerce and Intellectual Property; Internet Hotspot Issue; and Forefront Legal Issues of the Internet. All participants conducted heartily discussion on E-Commerce and Internet regulation from the perspective of legislation, judiciary, theory, and practice.
