Prof. XiaoQing Feng was invited by School of Law, Tsinghua University to attend the expert seminar of “Draft on Judicial Interpretation on Intellectual Property Injunction” on Apr. 28th, 2015. Experts and scholars from various agencies, institutes, and universities such as Vice-presiding judge of IP Court of the Supreme People’s Court and Prof. KeSheng Jin, Presiding judge and Dr. Xiang Chou, and Judge GuiMei Lang attended this seminar. Prof. Feng proposed several suggestion on the Draft during the first session of seminar. The seminar reached a great success in the end.
