Prof. Xiaoqing Feng was invited to host an academic lecture on the topic of “Theory Rationale and Prediction: One Year after the Revision of Trademark Law” by the Beijing Intellectual Property School (The school was jointly founded by Beijing University of Technology and Beijing Intellectual Property Officeas an academic platform) on Jun. 3^rd, 2015.Prof. Feng firstly analyzed the value structure and legislative purpose of our national trademark system, then delivered detailed analysis on several issues of the revised Trademark Law after the one-year period. His analysis included: trademark application and registration, trademark exploitation, trademark infringement and legal remedy, the distinction of similar trademark and the establishment of the principle of confusion, and the protection of well-known trademark. After the lecture, Prof. Xiaoqing Feng interacted with audiences. The lecture eventually reached a great success.
