周长玲，中国政法大学の教授、修士課程指導教官、中国政法大学法学博士。中国政法大学知的財産権研究所元支部書記兼副所長。2009年8月～2010年8月、米国バーモント法学院にて客員教授，中国国際貿易仲裁委員会仲裁員を兼任した。
