商学院企业管理研究所王玲教授于8月2日-8月6日出席了在美国俄勒冈州波特兰市举行的2015年PICMET国际学术会议年会（Portland International Conference on Management of Engineering and Technology波特兰工程与技术管理国际会议），本年会的主题是“技术时代的管理（Management of the Technology Age）”, 与会学者有400余人，围绕技术时代的微观管理决策和宏观政策影响展开了讨论。王玲教授在知识产权分论坛做了题为“Patenting-Promoting Policies and Regional Utility Patent Output: Evidence from Provincial Level Data”的学术报告，并和与会专家进行了交流。
